  • Greet and welcome customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations (e.g., thobes, accessories, ghutras, shemaghs, etc.).
  • Explain product features, fabric types, sizes, and ongoing promotions clearly.
  • Coordinate with the tailoring department if the customer requests customization or adjustments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Ensure proper product display and maintain cleanliness and organization within the showroom.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any restocking needs to the supervisor.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding appearance, attendance, and customer service.

Skills

  • Education: High school diploma minimum; higher qualifications preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in fashion or clothing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
  • Neat appearance and polite demeanor.
  • Ability to work shifts (morning/evening).
  • Team player with strong work ethics and commitment.
