  • Prepare customized proposals highlighting cost-efficiency, safety compliance, and project timelines.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for equipment rentals and service contracts.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in Saudi Arabia’s construction sector.
  • Provide feedback to the operations team to align services with market demands.

Client Management:

  • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Address technical inquiries and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Reporting:

  • Maintain CRM records, track sales pipelines, and submit weekly progress reports.

Skills

Experience:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in construction equipment, crane services, heavy machinery, or industrial logistics.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s construction market and regulatory standards.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of crane types (e.g., mobile, tower), load capacities, and transport logistics.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and project blueprints.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Language:

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (business proficiency).
