Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing office supplies, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Handle basic data entry and manage office correspondence (emails…).
- Perform general clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is a must.
