The Data Analyst is responsible for leading the design and implementation of data solutions that empower the project to leverage data-driven insights and drive business decision making. The role plays a critical part in shaping the projects data architecture, connecting information across various departments and systems. Working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support the projects data-driven initiatives and improve project outcomes while maintaining robust data solutions that align with best practices and compliance standards. The Data Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align stakeholder expectations with organizational goals. |
REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY - Develop, update and maintain insightful dashboards, compelling visuals, apps and reports

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES The Data Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Data Management & Visualization - Lead the development and implementation of data solutions, including data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Analyze stakeholders’ needs, interests, and influence to prioritize implementation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
- Identify and address potential conflicts or issues with stakeholders proactively.
- Ensure that all data management activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards.

- Track and monitor business intelligence tools deployed and their impact on project outcomes.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 5+ years of experience in data science or data management
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform Products
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Relevant Professional Memberships/Accreditation.
