Overview of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth across UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This role focuses on selling digital services and retail media solutions to a wide range of businesses, ensuring they maximize their engagement with our platform’s members. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing and retail media.

 

What you will do:

Sales Execution

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the respective market to pitch digital services packages.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  •  

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and utilization of services
  •  

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, potential clients, and competitor activity in each region.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to refine strategies.
  •  

Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align on sales strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver on client requirements.
  •  

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market opportunities.


Skills

Required Skills to be successful:

  • Experience in retail media or e-commerce platform and digital marketplace
  • Experience in Sales 
  • Excellent communications & presentation skills 

 

 

About the Team:

You will be reporting to Head of Sales

 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, or retail media.
  • Familiarity with the local market UAE & /or Egypt and/or KSA markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
