The Venue Operations and Productions Manager will oversee all operational aspects of culture and entertainment-related venue and management and event production, ensuring NEOM's vision for innovation and excellence. This strategic leadership role will ensure the seamless operation and execution of world-class live events venues, performances, and exhibitions, while driving operational excellence, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Venue Operations and Productions Manager will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to assess and advise on all operational, technical and personnel aspects of NEOM’s venues' operational and production needs, ensuring that assets are operationally fit-for-purpose to allow for exceptional cultural and live event experiences, enhancing the reputation of NEOM as a premier global destination for entertainment, arts, and cultural experiences. |
ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES The Venue Operations and Productions Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Strategy Development and Asset Operational Readiness - Develop and implement a comprehensive venue operations and productions strategy that aligns with NEOM’s broader cultural and entertainment goals.
- Provide asset operational readiness guidance on all Entertainment and Cultural assets across NEOM regions ensuring that assets are operationally fit for purpose to achieve the NEOM vision.
- Identify and implement new technologies, trends, and operational efficiencies to enhance the venue’s offerings and marketability.
- Focus on delivering a high-quality, memorable audience experience, from entry through to exit.
Event and Production Management: - Lead all phases of event management, ensuring high-quality delivery from concept to execution, including venue selection, logistics, and programming.
- Design and deliver live event programs that reflect NEOM’s cultural and entertainment objectives and provide high audience engagement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and successful execution of live events, exhibitions, and cultural programs.
- Ensure all operations and productions comply with local regulations, industry’s best practices, and safety standards.
- Regularly conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain a safe environment for staff, performers, and audiences.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, providing detailed reports on metrics such as attendance, engagement, and ROI to assess success and inform future improvements.
Financial Management - Develop and manage the operational budget for the venue and production activities.
- Ensure cost control and financial efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
Leadership - Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Ensure that all stakeholder engagement activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 7+ years of experience in event programming and operations management, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership and team management experience.
- Budget management and contract negotiation expertise.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with event management software, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
Qualification - Bachelor degree in relavent field.
