Job Description:

  1. Prepare Costing, Manpower Rates, and Eqpt Rates during Tender/ Bidding Stage
  2. Lead/ Overall Supervision of the Tender/Bidding Department 
  3. Prepare and Attend Technical Presentations during the Tender/ Bidding Stage
  4. Prepare Manpower and Equipment Tools
  5.  Attend Jobex/Site Visit
  6.  Commercial Negotiation
  7.  Proficient in Interpretation of RFP/Bidding Documents, Project Contract Documents, Specification, Standards and Drawings
  8.  Familiar & Knowledge in Technical Proposal
  9. Familiar & Knowledge in Planning, Procurement, Design, Construction Execution

 

Qualifications:

  1. College Degree in Engineering (with PRC license)
  2. Wide Experience in Costing, Variation & Comparison of Scope Quantity, Parameters, Manpower Rates, Eqpt Rates Preferable 
  3. Experience in Landscaping(Hardscape,Softscap, Civil related, to MEP, stormwater & irrigation system) and Infrastructure
