About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager based in the Headquarter in Riyadh - Second Industrial City to be plays a key role with oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.

Main Responsibilities

· Maintain, Create and implement company quality standards as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001.

· Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.

· Trains and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.

· Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.

· Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.

· Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.

· Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.

· Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.

· Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing the data.

· Knowledge of new sustainability requirements related to quality assurance.

Skills

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, .

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the QA field in manufacturing and projects companies. or related areas within the KSA.

· Certified lead auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001).

· Excellent command in both English & Arabic.

· Ability to train and mentor people.
