Ensure day-to-day work of contract is performed effectively, efficiently in alignment with set procedure. Manage the contract drafting and review all contract modifications and proposals for completeness, compliance and accuracy. Lead contract proponent representative Tender Review Committee (TRC) papers. Ensure contract creation, negotiation/collaboration/review are in line with set policies and procedure. Ensure to keep track of renewal/terminations.
