A leading company in the construction sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Monitor project financial performance, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Implement internal controls and risk management practices.
• Supervise accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions.

Skills
