We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – PMO to lead and manage substation projects under Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in substation projects and hold a degree in Electrical Engineering. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with SEC standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage substation projects under Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), ensuring compliance with all contractual, technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance to optimize project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with SEC requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement process improvements for efficient project delivery.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and financials.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in substation project management.
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) project standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and contract administration.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
