Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Execute and handle the assigned government operations tasks while ensuring full compliance with the established policies and procedures related to NEOM in line with KSA government regulations and laws.
- Execute, handle, and communicate with the internal stakeholders and the external government stakeholders (in-KSA and out-KSA) for all activities that fall under the regulations and laws of (HRSD, MOI, MOFA, SCE, SOCPA, etc.).
- Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the government stakeholders (in-KSA and out-KSA) and execute the required government services that require visiting them in person.
- Observe, advise, and guide individuals in their related matters with the government authorities and make appropriate support and recommendations whenever applicable in line with KSA regulations and laws.
- Prepare periodic reports on government transactions.
- Interact with the beneficiaries as per NEOM Government Affairs standardized procedure and policy and ensure to represent the best values and image.
- Participate in projects and initiatives beyond the day-to-day operational tasks.
- Handle the additional day-to-day tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Act responsibly while handling a delegation of authority.
- Using different government portals to finalize the necessary assigned tasks such as (Muqeem, Qiwa, MOFA, etc).

Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Familiar with Government rules and regulations
- Computer skills
- Knowledgeable of Saudi and Middle East culture and history
- Fluent in English and Arabic oral and writing.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
