Job Description:
Conmarble is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in microcement, lime-based plasters, and decorative concrete finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, or interior finishes, with a strong ability to build client relationships and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior design, and architecture sectors.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and developers.
✅ Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to showcase Conmarble’s solutions.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals.
✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and client engagement strategies.
✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Proven sales experience in construction materials, coatings, or architectural finishes.
✔ Strong network within the architectural, interior design, and contracting industries.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
✔ Knowledge of microcement, decorative plaster, or seamless surface applications is a plus.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
