Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identifying potential customers through research and outreach.
- Qualifying leads by understanding customer needs and determining whether they are a good fit for the products or services offered.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations:
- Presenting and explaining the company’s products or services to potential clients.
- Answering questions and providing detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Calls & Follow-ups:
- Conducting outbound calls or emails to follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintaining contact with current customers to generate repeat business or upsell additional products/services.
- Negotiating & Closing Sales:
- Discussing pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Handling objections and overcoming customer hesitations to close the sale.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Addressing customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Recording interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Updating customer information and tracking sales progress to meet targets.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team:
- Working closely with other sales representatives, account managers, or marketing teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
- Meeting Sales Targets:
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales goals and quotas.

Qualifications & Education:
