About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Finance Expert with deep expertise in Sharia-compliant financial products and a strong track record in digital acceleration. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, who can drive digital transformation within personal finance (PF) while ensuring compliance with Sharia principles.

As the primary advisor to the Head of Personal Finance, you will help shape strategy, optimize processes, and drive the growth of digital as a key channel for the bank. You will work alongside consultants but take ownership of the client relationship, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skills

• Deep understanding of Islamic banking and financial products.
• Proven experience in driving digital acceleration within personal finance, leveraging emerging technologies and digital solutions.
• Strong grasp of global and regional regulations related to Sharia-compliant finance and digital financial services.
• Ability to develop and implement digital strategies while ensuring alignment with Islamic finance principles.
• Experience in designing and launching Sharia-compliant financial products in a digital ecosystem.
• Understanding of customer needs in Islamic personal finance and the ability to create user-friendly digital solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with scholars, regulators, tech teams, and business leaders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and leverage data to drive growth in digital personal finance.
