About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Consultant to work alongside Kearney for a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgages, with experience preferably in matured markets / and in the Middle Eastern banking sector. This role requires expertise across the full mortgage value chain, including policy development, process optimization, go-to-market strategies, marketing, and sales incentives.

Skills

• Deep understanding of Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgages, ideally in both matured markets and the Middle Eastern banking sector.
• Experience in policy development, process optimization, product structuring, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful market entry and expansion strategies for mortgage products.
• Experience in designing and implementing mortgage marketing campaigns, sales incentive programs, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong grasp of mortgage regulations, credit risk frameworks, and financial modeling related to BTL mortgages.
• Ability to enhance mortgage application, approval, and servicing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, regulators, and external partners.
• Ability to leverage analytics and market insights to drive mortgage product performance and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with the banking landscape, regulatory environment, and customer behavior in Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region.
