As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our educational institution. You will be responsible for managing complex accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls
- Assist in budget preparation and long-term financial planning
- Provide financial reports and analysis to school leadership
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and ZATCA regulations
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an educational setting
- Proven experience with Oracle financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
