Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English. This role will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning strategies, and enhancing employee skills to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assess training needs and create customized programs to support career growth.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with department managers to align learning programs with business goals.
- Manage L&D budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Keep up to date with learning technologies and industry trends.
- Track and report on training progress and employee development metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree In HR or related.
- 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, training techniques, and instructional design.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital learning tools.
- Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of training programs.
