• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural projects using AutoCAD, Revit.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, structural details, and construction drawings based on engineer specifications or as-built conditions.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, and technical specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers, documentation, and version control for all design files.
• Coordinate with surveyors to interpret topographical data and incorporate it into designs.
• Assist in extracting quantities from drawings for cost estimation and project planning.
• Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field of Construction Projects in Gulf area as a Draftsman with contractor or consultant.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, structural detailing and materials.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, topographic and survey data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
