Job Summary:
The Reliability and Asset Sr. Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the reliability and maintenance of assets within the organization, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement reliability programs to maintain assets in good working condition.
- Monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of assets and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on asset reliability goals and initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to track asset performance and identify trends or issues that may impact reliability.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they adhere to maintenance schedules and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset reliability and maintenance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in reliability or asset management is a plus.
