Sales/ Sales Presentation

  • Meet and maintain monthly/annual sales targets
  • Greet potential customers while adhering to Company policies and procedures for presentation dress code, cleanliness of work space and timekeeping; project and maintain the proper image of the Company and product
  • Use the Sales Kit throughout the selling process to ensure that the proper standards of presentation and process are followed
  • Determine customer needs and requirements for a particular vehicle
  • Agree with the customer on the type of vehicle required and support the recommendation by emphasizing the benefits of the vehicle
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business as outlined in the Company’s policies and procedures 
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process

 

Sales Process

  • Check the system for vehicle availability
  • Ensure full understanding of various financing packages, calculations, and documentation requirements
  • Assist the customer in choosing the best financing option for them.
  • Follow up on the approval for customer financing
  • Initiate orders through approved sales guidelines
  • Use the approved Customer Communication Schedule to ensure proper tracking after the sale is made

Post Sale

  • Implement approved vehicle scheduling and delivery process
  • Contact the customer three days after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction with the sale; remind him of first service visit and inform him that he may receive calls for survey purposes
  • Ask for referrals for other potential customers 

Skills

  • University Degree
  • 4 years’ minimum experience in field sales;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills;
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
