Job purpose 


Analyze sales data, create sales forecasts, and make recommendations to optimize sales activities.


Duties and responsibilities



  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.

  • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.

  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

  • Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.

  • Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.

  • Determining sales potential and making recommendations.

  • Responsible for helping to maintain the accuracy of the inventory by working closely with Sales to meet internal and external client needs.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory, sales performance, and analysis reports.

  • Work proactively to avoid oversell or less sell and find creative solutions.

  • Work closely with Sales Operations on all manner of issues, including inventory reconciliation, specials orders and pending items, new orders, expedite the order etc.

  • Prepare the monthly and weekly delivery plan for the local production plant and imported products.

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain updated records of inventory, shipments, and sales accuracy VS forecast.

  • Monitor stock levels and follow up with vendors as needed.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

  • Working with team members and S.C. Manager to complete duties as needed
