The Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. This position is critical in the construction and building industry, especially in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, where adherence to local regulations and international standards is paramount. The QSE Manager will oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and sustainable work environment, ensuring that all employees are trained and equipped to meet these standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive QSE management systems in alignment with industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental laws.
  3. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance, safety protocols, and environmental practices.
  4. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to integrate QSE practices into all phases of construction projects.
  6. Monitor and analyze QSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of QSE activities and compliance status.
  8. Engage with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to communicate QSE initiatives and outcomes.
  9. Lead the development of emergency response plans and ensure readiness for potential incidents.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
