Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various machining operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines and a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Set up CNC machines according to required specifications
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Document machine settings and performance for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating CNC machines
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed
