Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in the luxury segment. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality customer service, solving client issues efficiently, and maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Assist clients in selecting luxury evening dresses, offering styling advice and personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our product range and upcoming collections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales.
- Maintain client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
- High level of professionalism and understanding of high-class service standards.
