Concierge - Contracted Services


A hospitality professional responsible for providing personalized services and assistance to tenants, with a main role of enhancing tenant experience by handling requests, offering information, and arranging various services. This can include providing recommendations for local attractions, addressing any special needs or inquiries, assisting and facilitating visits, and others.

Minimum Requirements


  1. Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visitor Management Software.
  2. Excellent organizational skills
  3. Excellent Communication skills
  4. Excellent judgment and ability and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  5. Friendly, polite, service-oriented, professional, outgoing
  6. Remain calm in stressful situations
  7. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  8. Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve them
  9. Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
  10. Coordinate and correspond with other personnel from the security department and tenant representatives onsite.
  11. Ability to speak Arabic and English in high levels of fluency.
  12. Able to participate comfortably in most conversations.
  13. A wide range of basic and conversational vocabulary
  14. Varied and expanded sentences (modifiers, prepositional phrases, clauses)
  15. Advanced ability to narrate and describe present, past, and future tenses.
  16. Understands, follows, and gives multiple step directions.
