Holoul is dedicated to promoting best practices in the electronics recycling industry in Saudi Arabia.

The Role

This is a full-time role for a BDE at Holoul Electronic Recycling Treatment Co. in Jeddah. The BDE will be responsible for managing New Business development, Contract negotiation and maintaining long-term relationship with the clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or a similar role within the recycling industry.

• Familiar with any recycling industry knowledge; E-waste industry knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong ability to procure new clients through direct contact.

• Experience in crafting business proposals and contracts to attract clients and increase revenue.

• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed business goals.

• Capable of identifying new revenue opportunities and executing marketing strategies for business growth.

• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Team player with a resilient and empathic personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients in the Corporate & Govt sector for E-waste disposal services.

• Establish E-waste contracts with Govt & Private companies / Educational Institutes / Hospitals.

• Drive business growth by proposing new contracts and negotiating new businesses.

• Create and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve company goals.

• Collaborate with the team to handle other tasks as necessary.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
• New Business Development / Contract Negotiation and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of waste management and recycling processes is an advantage.
• Experience in the Recycling Industry / IT Hardware sales or Experience in E-waste recycling industry is an advantage.
