Ruwa Construction and Development Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah. We are looking for a dynamic leader with expertise in dewatering works, infrastructure, finishing works, technical submissions, and extensive experience in managing relationships with clients and government authorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil, infrastructure, and finishing works projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare, review, and approve technical submissions to ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients and government authorities, ensuring clear communication, timely approvals, and full regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise dewatering operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Skills

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on technical submissions, dewatering works, infrastructure, and finishing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with clients and government authorities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or MBA.

Skills:

• Exceptional leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices and project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex negotiations and approvals.

Languages:

• Fluency in Arabic (required); English proficiency is an advantage.

Location and Availability:

• Must be based in Jeddah and available to relocate or join within 1 week.
