Main Responsibilities:
- Collect all new inquiries and RFQs from client web portals and emails.
- Verify client categorization, including payment terms, credit limits, current dues/overdues, and RTS compliance.
- Prepare accurate sizing and draft offers.
- Register new inquiries and RFQs in the system and update the department's capabilities on client portals.
- Analyze registered inquiries and RFQs, informing the Sales Manager about project-related inquiries.
- Prepare and submit bids promptly, obtaining necessary input from the Sales team when required.
- Facilitate the sale of materials and spares from department stock (if applicable).
- Provide technical clarifications to clients as needed and update them on shipment status.
- Submit sales orders and required documents (e.g., RFQs or bid documents) to the Proposal Sales Specialist.
- Undertake any other related responsibilities as assigned.
Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Instrumentation.
- Preferred: 1–3 years of relevant technical experience, such as bid preparation or industrial sales.
- Basic knowledge of bid generation processes is essential.
- SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) registration is required.
