Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Site Mechanical Engineer to oversee mechanical installations on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and construction management, ensuring that all mechanical work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise mechanical installations on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Review and approve mechanical shop drawings and submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status and any challenges faced.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
