About the role: To drive the TBR (Truck Bus Radial) business in Saudi Arabia, expand sales, manage sales channels, provide techno-commercial support, and gather market intelligence for new product requirements. Key responsibilities includes:
1. Business Growth:
o Achieve sales targets for TBR in KSA.
o Expand market share across segments.
o Build strong relationships with key account holders and distributors.
o Implement strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Market Intelligence & Product Development:
o Gather insights on competitors and market trends.
o Collaborate with the Tech/R&D department for new product development.
3. Customer and Network Management:
o Identify and develop potential fleet customers.
o Strengthen the distribution network for products.
4. Training and Development:
o Provide product and business training to internal teams and distributors.
5. MIS & Reporting:
o Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.
o Monitor market trends and product performance.

o Deep understanding of TBR products, customer segments, and industry players in KSA.
o Awareness of industrial, agricultural, and off-road vehicle operations.

Qualifications and Experience:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree.
o Native Arabic speaker with 5+ years in the KSA tyre market.
o Experience in manufacture-to-manufacture sales is desirable.
o Willingness to travel.
