Recruitment Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Confer with hiring managers to identify candidate needs, job requirements, qualifications and skills.
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Write and place job postings on various websites. Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings.
  • Prepare candidates for the interview process and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and execute recruitment search and sourcing strategy; must be able to locate candidates through job boards searches, social media, networking, agency and/or employee referrals.
  • Candidate vetting through the interview process and closing candidate by managing salary negotiations and offer processing.
  • Maintaining accurate applicant data and statuses in recruiting system and produce accurate weekly reports of activity and accomplishments for data trending.
  • Positive, can-do attitude towards accomplishing goals and promote meeting objectives as a team.
  • Promote company branding within industry through job fairs, networking, and creating marketing materials.
  • Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs
  • Obtains and assess all credentials of the candidates
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
  • Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
  • Schedules interviews and ensure departments heads give feedback on each candidate.




Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource.


Professional Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in Recruitments and Knowledge of healthcare recruitment techniques and processes.
