The Contracts and Commercial Manager will be a key player in the Concourse A project at KKIA, responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the project. They will lead the contract development and administration process, ensuring compliance with all project requirements and mitigating commercial risks. The Contracts and Commercial Manager will work closely with the project team to negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that the project's commercial interests are protected. They will also be responsible for managing claims and variations, ensuring that the project is delivered within budget and schedule.

Skills

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in contracts and commercial management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of contract law and construction industry practices in KSA.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working on airport projects is preferred.
• Professional certification in quantity surveying or contract management is an advantage.
