Administrative Assistant

Role Purpose:

Provide administrative support and assist with HR activities, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, and other related tasks.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports and take minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain strong public relations and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support recruitment, timekeeping, and payroll activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Windows and MS Office tools effectively.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Arabic (verbal and written).


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or English Language.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in HR activities (recruitment, timekeeping, payroll).


Other Requirements:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred).
  • Work location: Dhahran.
