KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develops Safety plans for the Safety Department to make sure that NWC employees are aligned with the corporate vision
Maintain NWC's safety program to ensure the appropriateness of the design and effectiveness of associated programs implemented by all Business Units and Departments
Determine the relative safety trainings for NWC employees and oversee the ROI
Oversee the Safety system and ensure standards are implemented in order to obtain certifications such as (ISO 45001)
Carry out periodic compliance reviews across Business Units and departments. in order to
Guide the Safety policies and programs drafting process based on internal and external benchmark and best practices.
Oversee Safety annual plans and propose further improvement if available.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Safety , O&E Health or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
4-6
