The Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the hiring process within the electrical engineering sector. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  2. Post job openings on various platforms and manage the application process.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
  6. Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  8. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
  10. Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
