Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Miller Technician with expertise in the corn and wheat milling industry to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in milling processes, maintenance, and optimization of milling equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor milling machinery for the processing of corn and wheat, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of milling equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Adjust milling parameters to achieve desired product specifications and enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and production output.
• Implement and adhere to health and safety protocols within the milling facility.
• Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment upgrades.
• Stay updated with advancements in milling technology and recommend implementation where beneficial.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, food technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a miller technician, preferably in corn and wheat milling.
• Strong knowledge of milling processes, machinery operation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with quality control standards in the food production industry.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing milling equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
• Must be a resident of Saudi Arabia.
