Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Senior Engineer with extensive expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization, specifically within the Saudi construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate market trends.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CIPM (Certified International Procurement Manager) or CIPP (Certified International Procurement Professional) are preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required (Arabic nationality preferred).
  • Must reside in Riyadh and hold a transferable Iqama.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement within Saudi construction companies.
  • Strong network and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.


Salary

  • SAR 8,000 to SAR 12,000 (depending on experience and performance in the interview).
