Location: Saudi Arabia

About the Job

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Keepers to join our team across our chemical warehouses in KSA. This professional multitasker will oversee receiving, deliveries, storing, picking, and packing activities, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple facets of warehouse operations. Inventory accuracy and timely delivery coordination are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction, by handling all warehouse activities.
• Operate warehouse systems, manage storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory control, and customer deliveries.
• Supervise a warehouse team, including laborers and forklift operators, to address day-to-day operational issues and meet performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory.
• Review and prepare workflows, optimize space utilization, and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
• Understand the nature of chemicals, particularly Dangerous Goods (DG) materials, and ensure proper and safe storage conditions.
• Organize product transport to customers and internal facilities, communicate with drivers, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Chemistry or Science.
• Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse role, preferably in chemical warehouses.
• Proficient in warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of company staff.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English.
