Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring it is always accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate sales and marketing tasks within the team and prioritize them effectively.
- Follow up with existing and new clients, building strong relationships.
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports to help the team make informed decisions.
- Organize sales team meetings and set monthly goals.
- Optimize internal processes to ensure sales objectives are achieved efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams like marketing and management to ensure alignment.
Skills
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations or coordination.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports.
- Fluent in Arabic profession in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the construction materials sector is a plus but not a requirement.
