1. Financial Management:
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
3.Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards ,Zkat and tax regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and address any findings.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
4.Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate team members’ performance.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
5.System Management:
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and software.
- Ensure integration between financial systems and other business tools
6.Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to create long-term financial strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Skills
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Certificate: SOCPA
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Has driving license
