IT Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets by providing tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and IT requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions to clients effectively.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions and resolve client issues.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in online portal for tenders.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·        Strong understanding of CMS, Ecommerce projects, HRMS, Govt portals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
  • Driving License.
