The Program Director will lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale
E2E transformation program focused on
cost optimization,
business continuity, and
modernization. This program includes critical components such as
hardware technology refresh,
application migration, implementation of a
hyperscaler private cloud,
application cloudification, and the development of a
cloud operating model and a
Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE).
This role requires
strategic oversight,
governance, and
delivery management across all phases—
planning, migration, and optimization—while ensuring alignment with the organization's technical, operational, and financial goals. The Program Director will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical and operational delivery, and drive stakeholder engagement to achieve program objectives with measurable outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and drive the program's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the program, from technical design to migration and optimization.
- Define and implement program governance frameworks to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure all phases of the program align with business continuity mandates and cost-saving objectives.
Governance and Risk Management
- Oversee program governance, including technical, operational, and financial oversight.
- Establish and manage risk management frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Technical Design Authority (TDA) to validate technical designs and decisions.
Team Management
- Lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Technical Delivery Leads, and specialized roles (e.g., architects, procurement specialists, and financial controllers).
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the program team.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program objectives, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Deliver regular progress reports to leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and value achieved
Delivery ManagementOversee all aspects of program delivery, including:
- Tech refresh and infrastructure modernization.
- Cloud migration and operational optimization.
- Development of scalable and future-ready solutions.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Align delivery plans with the E2E consumption model to drive measurable cost savings.
Financial Oversight
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery.
- Oversee the preparation of BoQs to optimize hardware and software procurement.
- Ensure financial alignment with the organization's objectives, including ROI tracking and cost-saving initiatives.
