Job Title: Project Manager (PMP Certified)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile project atRiyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing healthcare projects, particularly in establishing Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMO). The selected candidate will oversee the delivery of a hybrid project scope, including consultation and technical tracks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
2. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including communication, issue resolution, and conflict management.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical experts, and stakeholders.
4. Consultation Track: Deliver studies and strategic insights to establish the EPMO.
5. Technical Track: Develop project management solutions and strategies.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolutions.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
8. Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Skills
Technical Requirements
1. PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
2. Healthcare Experience: Proven expertise in healthcare projects, particularly in managing EPMO-related engagements.
3. Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
4. Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Arabic Language: Arabic language skills (spoken and written).
