- Job Description:
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to promote AWEX life safety products (fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, etc.) by working closely with consultants, end users, and fire contractors.
- Consultant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with fire and safety consultants to ensure AWEX products are specified in early project stages and aligned with consultant recommendations.
- End User Relations: Work with end users (building owners, facility managers, etc.) to understand their life safety needs and ensure AWEX products meet their requirements.
- Fire Contractor Alliances: Establish partnerships with fire contractors, offering them competitive advantages to choose AWEX life safety solutions in their projects.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and project opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on demand generation, product positioning, and market penetration.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of AWEX life safety products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the senior management team, tracking progress against goals and adjusting strategies as needed.
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the life safety or fire protection industry.
- Strong network of relationships with consultants, end users, and fire contractors in the life safety field in UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.
