Role Purpose:
Responsible in the Projects Management and Project Controls (Time and cost control).
Key Activities:
- Manage Projects from inception till completion through Project controls.
- Local and regional impact on project stakeholders.
- Monitoring the budget and setting the initial master plan.
- Communicate with project stakeholders (Client/ Consultant/ Contractor/ Authorities/ Marketing & sales department/ Audit/ ALJ Group).
- Evaluation alternative and recommend the best action.
- Measure actual project cost and time to be reported to higher management.
- Provide problem solving recommendation in order to align the planned versus the actual progress.
