· Communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers, and others involved in the shipping and delivery of consignments.
· He is responsible to control the expenses in the supply chain process, and to ensure that unwanted expenses are controlled and nullified.
· He must ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed well, sent and delivered in a timely manner.
· He should ensure that all the incoming shipments are entered into System live upon arrival of container from the factory.
· Reporting, Organizing, controlling over all structures of cargo movements and various logistics operational issues.
· Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
· Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
· Negotiate prices with logistics companies / shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rate.
· Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.
· Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to accounts for payment.
· Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit.
· Design, implement and manage contracts in forwarding, transport, and warehousing where necessary.
· Develop key performance indicators by which localized logistics contracts can be managed.

· Responding to any query that has raised by other departments in case of urgency.

· 100% PO to be issued from SAP before placing an order for Import and Local (PO against PR/ Based on Required Date)
· Feed all the required information in SAP i.e Production Start Date, date of on board, ETA to our warehouse.
· CBM/Weight calculation to be made available in PO.
· Each vendor should make 100% delivery for each PO and no partial delivery is allowed.
· Ensure all customer orders are input accurately and correctly.
· Liaising with seller and showroom manger personnel to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
· Check & Update delivery timing schedule, spare parts, and determining product quality.
· Track orders and shipments from other countries to Saudi Arabia and ensure timely delivery .and arrive to port and warehouse.
· Order closing for all orders after arrive warehouse the goods receipt was created in the system.
· Work closely with sales for any change in the design or update.
· After the clearance, ensure all documents handed over to finance for payment and ensure empty container returned.
· Assist showroom on follow up & Queries.
· Ensure that the daily routine work done in a timely manner.
· Ensure all the international orders to be entered on time.
· Ensuring that the order confirmation is correct before proceeding with the payment.
· Ensure that all the documents are file in a proper way.
· A Self Motivated who is experienced with data entry and ability to coordinate tasks given to him, Logistics knowledge.
· in retail is preferred.
· Ensure all PR final approval once relevant details mention correctly by sales.
· All invoices related to local and overseas are duly submitted to finance for payment without delay.
Skills
- Essential: diploma in related field
- Preferred:
· Knowledgeable in government regulations for shipping and distribution and customs documentations as well.
· Strong understanding of relevant procurement and logistics systems and procedures.
· Ability to keep very good relationship with all service providers and responding them as per their demands.
· Must achieve company goals within the operational resources.
· SAP Business One experience.
· Very good level of IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
