Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading PPF distributor. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of PPF products to automotive dealerships, body shops, and detailing centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of the PPF market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for PPF products.
• Identify and prospect new clients, including automotive dealerships, body shops, detailing centers, and car enthusiasts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PPF products, including features, benefits, and installation techniques.
• Provide technical information and training to clients on the proper use and application of PPF products.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and potential customers.
• Customer Service and Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering on commitments and following up on client feedback.
• Assist clients with product selection and offer advice on the best PPF solutions for their specific needs.
• Sales Reporting and Administration:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
Skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of paint protection film products and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Education:
