Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling software solutions and consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of software sales processes, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. As a Solution Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that address client needs and foster long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, driving sustained revenue growth.
  • Respond promptly to leads through multiple channels (phone, email, etc.) and actively identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements and deliver tailored software solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the unique value and competitive advantages of Dafater’s software solutions.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively, positioning Dafater as the optimal choice for their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, quotes, and contracts that reflect an understanding of client requirements.
  • Lead negotiations to secure agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and Dafater.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and product enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Regularly report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the sales leadership team.

Skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a must.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to dealing closure and client retention.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and self-motivated professional with a growth mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Driving license.
  • Transferable Iqama.
