The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions within the Technical Maintenance & Repair industry. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement. The HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. With a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices and a commitment to developing a skilled workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  3. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
  4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  5. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  6. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

  8. Monitor and report on employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
